For the second morning in a row, commuters using I-85 in Orange County are experiencing major delays.
A wreck on I-85 northbound just past the Durham County line was reported around 7:30 Tuesday morning and has continued to cause delays.

Traffic is also slowing to a crawl approaching Hillsborough and is persistent until the merge with I-40. The North Carolina Department of Transportation reported the wreck causing the second set of delays just before 8:30.

There is no timeline for Tuesday’s wreck to be cleared.
