Chapel Hill Transit will detour several lines through Friday afternoon, as a scheduled protest is expected to march through Carrboro and Chapel Hill.
The Town of Chapel Hill shared a release from the transit system Thursday evening with the various detours. The D and U routes will be detoured from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m., while the G, J and NS routes may also be delayed due to the rolling street closures expected with the Black Lives Matter event.
