Several roads in Chapel Hill are closed on Friday due to heavy rain and flooding.
Umstead Drive in Chapel Hill is closed from Greene Street to Umstead Park. In addition, South Estes Drive east of Fordham Boulevard is closed.

Drivers are urged to find other routes due to the closure. It is expected to rain in Chapel Hill and Orange County for the next few hours.
